Dale and I just adore Pearadise Catering's food. Roberta always makes certain that everything is just perfect. As a Celiac who is also allergic to dairy, I have to be so careful what I eat. Pearadise Catering also makes certain that the food is safe for me, and delicious for everyone at the event. Their flour-less, dairy-free chocolate cake is amazing, I can honestly say that I have never had a better dessert. Finding allergy friendly catering can be nearly impossible, yet all the food was absolutely wonderful. You can trust Pearadise Catering and your next event to be the perfect pair!

Roberta does a wonderful job. The taste is fantastic and the presentation is even better. I have an autistic son on a wheat-free/dairy free diet and Roberta has made spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, hot chocolate, pancakes, and bread for him that he loves. It is so important that he feels a part of our world. After years of him feeling left out of the pizza and spaghetti type foods, he feels like a regular guy again with Roberta's creative recipes. I can't describe how many times he has said over the years, "I can't have that". Now he can. He was soooooo excited when Roberta made pizza for him. Thanks Roberta, for sharing your talents with us.

"Our company hired Pearadise Catering for a cocktail party at a private residence. One of our party had an allergy to dairy products. We were served Endive with lobster and pear salad -I couldn't believe it was dairy-free! It had to have been the most delicious, perfectly prepared lobster I've ever had in an appetizer and I LOVE seafood. The dried cherry tart after was fantastic! Truly some of the best food I've had outside of France! Best of all, our dairy-free friend expressed nearly tearful joy at being able to eat everything put in front of him."
